After the summer pruning, the staff of Italia Endurance Stables & Academy decided to embark on a new adventure in the name of medicinal plants, bringing the Lavender herbs to “L’Aromaria” in Orvieto (TR) to obtain the essential oil of Lavender.
Lavender essential oil is prepared with Lavender flowers but, to obtain it, it is necessary to have a distiller available. This tool allows you to distil Lavender by subjecting the flowers to a continuous stream of steam that divides the essence from the plant material.
