The 7th Città della Pieve Trophy and the 2nd Stage of the Umbria Championship, staged on 1st and 2nd April, were tinged with Fuxia. In addition to having brought 100% of the combinations to the finish, the Fuxiateam of Italia Endurance Stables & Academy also collects 2 victories and 4 podiums, in the first italian race of the year of the team of the president Simona Zucchetta’s stable.
Memorable performance by Costanza Laliscia riding an amazing Emirat du Barthas who dictated the law in the maximum category, the CEI3* 160 km. It was a lonely race from the first to the last kilometer which proved the combination’s great mental strength. With over 19 minutes ahead of the second, Costanza Laliscia and Emirat du Barthas cross the finish line in first position after more than 12 hours of racing at an average speed of 17,055 km/h.
“Leading 160 km lonely was tough, but I was convinced that Emirat du Barthas would not let me down. – comments Costanza Laliscia – I am absolutely very satisfied and happy with the conditions and mental stability that Emirat had throughout the race.”
Emirat du Barthas, thoroughbred arabian gray gelding, at only 9 years of age successfully completes his second CEI3* 160 km, winning the assignment, by the veterinary commission, of the Best Condition award, thus further consolidating his qualities and his reliability.
In the CEI1* 100 km great performance also for Paolo Campetella and Zagara di Chia, owned by Nicolò Trotta, who conquer a fantastic third place at an average speed of 16,936 km/h with a last lap at 19,640 km/h. Sky-high satisfaction for the whole Fuxiateam also for the debut in the international categories of Marie Panigoni, a pupil of the Italia Endurance Academy, who, again in the CEI1* 100 km, conquers fourth place riding Ultra CPS at an average of 16,905 km /h with a last lap at 19,502 km/h.
Exceptional debut in the CEN A 40 km of Cursor Agylla, a thoroughbred arabian stallion from the breeding of sistemaeventi.it who, ridden by Alessandro Cocciuti, hits the fourth place already demonstrating from the first race a great seriousness and an excellent heart also highlighting his beautiful lines and the perfect gait. Great quality and continuous study of the best genetic lines for endurance, this is the focus of the breeding project which sees in its products an excellent maturity and extraordinary recovery.
The Fuxiateam weekend ended in the best possible way with the fantastic performances of the Academy pupils who, in the regional categories, obtained one first and three third places.
