Al Fursan Endurance AlUla 2025: Costanza Laliscia protagonist in Saudi Arabia

A new great achievement for Italian endurance and for the stables of Italia Endurance Stables & Academy in Agello di Magione. With her trademark determination and passion, multi-champion Costanza Laliscia, riding the purebred Arabian Emirat du Barthas, secured an outstanding 17th place in the most demanding race of the Al Fursan Endurance AlUla 2025, which served as the pre-Test event for the FEI Endurance World Championship 2026.

In the CEI3* event held on Sunday, February 9, across the Saudi desert of AlUla, the young rider competed against top international champions and elite athletes on the very course that will host next year’s World Championship: a challenging 160 km track, characterized by deep sand and alternating elevations, demanding exceptional experience and extraordinary skills from both horses and riders. As always, Costanza managed the race with clarity and determination, gradually and consistently gaining positions. Riding Emirat du Barthas, she completed the final loop at a speed of over 17 km/h, achieving an overall average speed of 14.949 km/h.

A new gruelling yet unforgettable performance is now in the books, reaffirming Costanza Laliscia’s remarkable athletic and technical abilities. After this fourth experience in the AlUla desert, her focus is already set on the 2026 World Championship.

The Al Fursan Endurance AlUla has once again confirmed itself as one of the most prestigious competitions in the international endurance calendar – undoubtedly the most lucrative ever, boasting an extraordinary prize money of 20 million SAR (approximately 5 million USD) and, this year, the most attended edition yet, with riders from 63 nations across all continents.
