Another victory for Fuxiateam in the Sardinian away competition on 23 September in Arborea (OR).
On the occasion of the 6th Stage of the FISE Circuit and Italian Young Horses Cup, valid as a Test-Event for the World Championship for Young Horses and the European Championship for Junior & Young Riders 2024, it was once again our champion Costanza Laliscia who put her signature on it who, riding Assim du Barthas, won the CEI2* 120 km.
A race dominated from start to finish, which saw the Fuxiateam rider lead from the first kilometers traveled in the dark, before the sun rose, until the final finish line.
7 hours and 2 minutes was the time taken by Costanza Laliscia and Assim du Barthas to complete the four laps of the Sardegna Endurance Festival race track in the Aborea area, a location that will host in 2024 the FEI Endurance Word Championship for Young Horses and the FEI European Championship for Juniors & Young Riders.
An average speed at the final finish line of 17.05 km/h, allowed our spearhead to paint the longest category of the day, the CEI2* 120 km, with Fuxia, taking home a fantastic first place; a victory that can undoubtedly be defined as “dispersion”, given the important gap of over 20 minutes on the second place, Paola Musio on Una Lady.
Assim du Barthas, a thoroughbred Arabian gelding from 2010, now with great experience behind him, has once again demonstrated his reliability and his excellent physical condition confirmed by the awarding of the Best Condition Award as the horse in the best condition after the final finish line.
